Stephanie Fenniri

Teaching Fellow

Teaching Fellow at the Center for Social Impact Strategy since 2018, and founder of RK Impact, a social impact consultancy, is a nonprofit professional and social impact strategist with more than 10 years’ experience in developing and implementing initiatives to promote the improved quality of life for diverse populations. Stephanie has a consistent record of nonprofit capacity building through community innovations, social impact, and public service. In addition to her professional pursuits, Stephanie has obtained the following credentials: a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice; a Professional Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the School of Social Policy & Practice and Wharton; a Certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University; and a Master of Public Administration and bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. In May 2019, Stephanie was the recipient of the University of Pennsylvania’s Excellence in Social Impact Award.

Stephanie recognizes the need for increased BIPOC representation in the nonprofit sector and serves on the board of directors for the following local, regional and national organizations: the Philadelphia AmeriCorps Alumni Chapter of the Mayor’s Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service; the Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition; the University of Pennsylvania Nonprofit Leadership Alumni Association; the University of Pennsylvania Association of Alumnae; and Bike & Build. As an avid supporter of higher education, Stephanie also serves as an interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania alumni interview program. In her free time, she enjoys exploring hidden gems throughout Greater Philadelphia on her bicycle and has become increasingly interested in bike touring.
