Kaveh trains the world’s most ambitious problem solvers. He designs and facilitates leadership development programs, leveraging leading practices in organizational psychology and design-thinking to help impact leaders work more effectively and compassionately.
Currently, Kaveh is the Creative Director and Founding Member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Social Impact Strategy and on the faculty team for the Executive Program in Social Innovation Design. Outside of teaching, Kaveh consults for several high-impact organizations and is a regular speaker at purpose-driven conferences, designing and leading interactive workshops that increase participants’ clarity, confidence, and community. Through his work, Kaveh has trained over 4,000 impact leaders and the online programs he’s helped design have reached over 90,000 learners to date.
