Diane Lauer Hallman is the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer at YWCA Tri County Area in Montgomery County, PA. She graduated CSIS in 2019 and was a Teaching Fellow in 2020. She earned MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in 1998. She started working in the non profit sector in 2014 as an Executive Director. Diane offers a variety of personal and professional experience in strategic Initiatives, finance, non profit leadership, workforce development and philanthropy. She is excited to support the 2021 CSIS Executive cohort for a second year.
