As a Program Manager at CSIS, Anna manages residential programs, virtual gatherings, and youth social impact curriculum. Since 2016, Anna has organized and led 18 residential programs placed in natural retreats around the world, gathering small, powerful cohorts of social changemakers. Following the start of the pandemic in 2020, Anna led the development of a new, fully virtual social impact curriculum designed for high school students around the world, with AFS Intercultural Programs. As a firm believer in the power of community, Anna enjoys any opportunity to facilitate small groups, build connections amongst new cohorts, and find the shared language in any situation. Anna holds an MPA from Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Linguistics and Community Studies from the College of William & Mary.
