Barbara is founder and principal consultant of Humanista Projects, a social impact consulting boutique focused on a strategic communications, collaborations and partnerships, working with social entrepreneurs looking to scale their business, grow their impact, engage with stakeholders and reach new audiences. She her areas of specialization include circular economy, e-waste, and sustainable international development. As a CSIS alum, she is currently working on a program that will improve the way US companies can support their employees get back to work after a mid to long-term medical intervention. As a teaching fellow, I commit to be an available resource and sounding board for students the 2020 CSIS cohort. I look forward to participating in jamouts and group discussions to foster engagement and reviewing assignments from a lens of practical implementation to offer open-ended questions for consideration.
An award-winning, industry-recognized leader and innovator, Christine specializes in mission-driven marketing, communications and social impact to build, sustain and protect brand equity and enterprise reputation. Christine has directed world-class campaigns intersecting brand and purpose while in leadership positions at global corporations, PR/Communications agencies and nonprofits and as the principle consultant at Posit Communications, which she founded. As the head of Marketing Communications for the Unilever portfolio of iconic food and personal care brands, she was responsible for the company becoming a founding member of #GivingTuesday and led the launch of Project Sunlight, the company’s first consumer marketing initiative to promote its sustainable living mission. Christine was the Chief Communications Executive for the Girl Scouts of the USA; a founding mentor in the 92Y Women In Power Fellowship program; and consulted with the UN and UN Foundation on the Sustainable Development Goals. She consults with nonprofits pro-bono through the TapRoot Foundation. Christine holds a BA from Barnard College and an MA from Columbia University. In 2020, she graduated from the Executive Program in Social Impact from the Center for Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania. Christine lives in Manhattan cooking and dreaming of traveling again.
Diane Lauer Hallman is the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer at YWCA Tri County Area in Montgomery County, PA. She graduated CSIS in 2019 and was a Teaching Fellow in 2020. She earned MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in 1998. She started working in the non profit sector in 2014 as an Executive Director. Diane offers a variety of personal and professional experience in strategic Initiatives, finance, non profit leadership, workforce development and philanthropy. She is excited to support the 2021 CSIS Executive cohort for a second year.
Dom Kelly is a person with Cerebral Palsy, a lifelong disability justice advocate, and a passionate progressive. Dom is currently the Development Manager for Fair Fight Action, a Georgia-based national voting rights organization founded by Stacey Abrams. After the loss of his triplet brother Paul at the age of 6, Dom and his identical brother Sean helped start and lead a program in their local school district that taught other kids about disabilities, ultimately leading to his passion for disability justice and desire to help build political power among the disability community. In addition to working in politics, Dom is a longtime musician. As a member of his award-winning band A Fragile Tomorrow, he and his brothers recorded and toured with artists including Indigo Girls, Joan Baez, The Bangles and Toad the Wet Sprocket starting at 15 years old. They have toured around the world and released six studio albums. When he’s not working to protect democracy, writing songs, and dreaming about helping disabled progressives run for office, Dom is at home in Atlanta with his wife Catie, their dog Vivi, and their cat Pippi Longstocking most likely having a dance party in their living room. Dom holds a bachelor’s degree in music production and a master’s degree in new media journalism, and is an alumni of the Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy (2020).
Lindsay is the founder of the SisterGirl Collective, an organization that celebrates black women’s tradition of intergenerational gathering through storytelling. She has a passion for advocating for women and girls and sees storytelling as an effective tool for community healing, inspiration, action and understanding. She has over 12 years of professional experience that includes serving as legal counsel for financial institutions, acting as Executive Direction of a literacy and youth development non-profit in Ghana and advising startups companies, foundations and community organizations in strategy and operational matters. She also served as a Teaching Fellow for the University of Pennsylvania’s Ortner Center’s Executive Program in Leadership Strategy for Violence & Abuse Prevention. Lindsay holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, a B.A. in Political Science from Spelman College and an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from University of Pennsylvania.
Natasha S. Dyer is Deputy Director of Newark Trust for Education. Prior to joining the Trust, Natasha served as Office Manager for the Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Arts Education at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. There she developed a deeper understanding and attraction to the educational landscape of her hometown—Newark, NJ. With a commitment to the development of her city, Natasha has devoted significant time to civic engagement and immersion in the arts community of Newark. Through personal and professional experiences, she has witnessed the impact of service on the human spirit and the power of collective action and experience. She believes in a holistic approach to constructing nonprofit organizations, programs and services, which combine cultural awareness, with theory and best practices, lending itself to the elevation of communities. Natasha currently serves on the board of directors for Newark Arts and The Gem Project, and on the Leadership Council of Arts Ed Newark. She is also a proud alumnus of Leadership Newark. Natasha’s education includes a B.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University-Newark and a Masters in Public Administration from Rutgers SPAA. She is also a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management and holds an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategies from UPenn’s Center for Social Impact Strategies. Natasha has served as moderator, facilitator, and consultant for a number of cultural organizations and causes over the years.
For more than 20 years, Dr. Oscar Radoli has raised the bar higher and designed deliberate objectives and framework for solid innovation, program management, building, managing, and saving multimillion-dollar projects, and enhancing organizational value. Through insight, optimism, ingenuity, and a high-level perspective, he has ensured consistency in adapting the best methodologies, elevating project and portfolio management for industry-leading and diverse organizations, particularly in the academic and corporate environment. As both an executive and innovation technology consultant, he has energized project and program managers and bridged gaps between diversified constituencies, advancing PM standards and exceeding stakeholder, client, and business expectations. Dr. Radoli’s diverse and progressive career path has provided him with a broad-based perspective and a wealth of experience and knowledge. His highly developed skills and boundless energy have allowed him to earn more responsibility and authority progressively. His instincts and passion have been the driving force behind his success, elevate his energy level, and heighten his satisfaction, causing him to continually seek opportunities where he can add immediate value and make a lasting impact.
Shamichael Hallman currently serves as a Senior Library Manager of the historic Cossitt Library in Memphis, TN. As a part of the Reimagining the Civic Commons (RCC) initiative, Cossitt Library is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation, and is schedule to reopen in the spring of 2021. Located in the heart of downtown Memphis, Cossitt library is being designed to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the community, and will include co-working/workshop areas, recording studios, and performance art spaces. In 2014 he became a co-organizer for a global, faith-inspired, weekend hackathon series called Code for the Kingdom. As a part of this movement he has helped organize faith-inspired hackathons all over the world, and has given talks at companies such as Google and Microsoft about his work with this movement. Shamichael serves on a number of non-profit boards in Memphis, and he is currently working on initiatives centered on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), on-boarding strategies, and public-private partnerships. He is currently in the MS in Nonprofit Leadership program at the University of Pennsylvania, and is scheduled to graduate in 2021.
Dr. Shruti Kapoor is an award-winning gender equality activist, economist, Tedx speaker and social entrepreneur. Shaken by the horrific gang rape in Delhi in 2012 that caught the attention of the global news media, she founded her organization, Sayfty. Its goal is to educate and empower women and girls in India against gender-based violence. Dr. Kapoor was named by Apolitical as one of the most influential people in global policy in 2019. The BrahmaKumaris awarded Dr. Kapoor the “Achievement and Excellence in Human Rights” in 2019. The Indian Ministry of Women and Child Development in 2019 honored Dr. Kapoor as one of the “30 #WebWonderWomen“ who have been driving a positive agenda of social change via social media. In 2018 Richtopia named Dr. Kapoor as one of the top 100 leaders from multilateral global organizations. In 2016, The White House nominated Dr. Kapoor as a change maker for The United State of Women’s Summit 2016, and in India she was named the winner of Barclay’s 2016 “We are the City 50 Rising Stars Award.” In 2015 Femverstising awarded the “People’s Choice Award” to Sayfty for their campaign promoting gender equality, and was chosen to receive a State recognition award by the Uttar Pradesh government in India for the organization’s work advocating for the safety and education of girls. Also, in 2015, Dr. Kapoor was awarded the Rex Karamveer fellowship, whose aim is “to share impactful ideas for action and transform lives through projects and ideas of hope.” Additionally, Dr. Kapoor received the 2015 “Woman of the Year Award (third prize)” from the Regional Council of Aosta Valley, Italy.Dr. Kapoor earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, and has worked with International organizations such as The World Bank and UN Women. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Occidental College in Los Angeles; CA. Dr. Kapoor served on the core organizing committee of UN’s Youth Forum for the Commission on the Status of Women 2017. Dr. Kapoor has addressed many public forums including Tedx Gateway, various sessions of the Youth Assembly at the United Nations, UN Women’s events, The World Forum On Urban Violence, IIT Delhi, Merit 360, and the World Woman Summit. She is a regular contributor on gender issues and a network member of Apolitical, a global policy platform and a network of policymakers and thought leaders. As a “World Pulse Impact Leader and Digital Change Maker,” Dr. Kapoor is dedicated to media, digital and traditional approaches to strive for gender equality and gender responsive implementation of the “Sustainable Development Goals.”
Teaching Fellow at the Center for Social Impact Strategy since 2018, and founder of RK Impact, a social impact consultancy, is a nonprofit professional and social impact strategist with more than 10 years’ experience in developing and implementing initiatives to promote the improved quality of life for diverse populations. Stephanie has a consistent record of nonprofit capacity building through community innovations, social impact, and public service. In addition to her professional pursuits, Stephanie has obtained the following credentials: a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership and Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice; a Professional Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the School of Social Policy & Practice and Wharton; a Certificate in Professional Fundraising from Boston University; and a Master of Public Administration and bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. In May 2019, Stephanie was the recipient of the University of Pennsylvania’s Excellence in Social Impact Award.
Stephanie recognizes the need for increased BIPOC representation in the nonprofit sector and serves on the board of directors for the following local, regional and national organizations: New Leaders Council – Philadelphia; the Philadelphia AmeriCorps Alumni Chapter of the Mayor’s Office of Civic Engagement and Volunteer Service; the Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition; the University of Pennsylvania Nonprofit Leadership Alumni Association; the University of Pennsylvania Association of Alumnae; and Bike & Build. As an avid supporter of higher education, Stephanie also serves as an interviewer for the University of Pennsylvania alumni interview program. In her free time, she enjoys exploring hidden gems throughout Greater Philadelphia on her bicycle and has become increasingly interested in bike touring.

Tatiana has more than 10 years of experience designing and implementing institutional processes for private and nonprofit organizations, managing and evaluating projects, and training people and organizations in topics such as: leadership, group dynamics, organization and mobilization of people and resources, community organizing, conflict resolution and theory of change. Currently, Research and Analysis Coordinator at Consejo Nuevo León and TA for the Nonprofit Leadership program at Penn.
