For Our White Friends Desiring to Be Allies

This article offers resources and recommendations for white folx looking to improve their allyship for Black and POC community members. At the heart of this article is the call to white folx to avoid placing undue burden on Black and POC folx at this time and to take initiative for educating themselves and other white people about the fight for racial justice and how to be anti-racist and an ally in this fight. The author shares several links and resources for further reading. Focused on individuals but has implications for our personal and professional lives.
